Professional services. Kind personnel offered free of charge parking for safety precautions, when I told them our car had been broken into by the rear window, while parked in the center of Barcelona, causing the glass to be smashed and, therefore, the interior of the car to be exposed. Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Free parking around the hotel. Provides anything you could possibly need. It offered a positive overall experience in our two day visit to Barcelona, despite the unfortunate turn of events (got our car damaged and my laptop stolen).

The parking was really spacious and not that busy, so there was always enough space to park. Air conditioning was working really well, which was really imporant durring the hottest time of the year. The room was really clean and taken care of!

Good value for money, really helpful staff. Our car broke down and Fede on reception was amazing, because we don't speak Spanish and the garage didn't speak English she made phone calls and translated for us, we were very grateful

Great location near shopping centers and food places served till late at night. Near enough to main rail network that brings you to city center in 30 mins. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
